The "The Torn Hat" Portrait

This one of the famous "The Torn Hat" was don by Jonnie K. Kostoff! It is in an old frame measuring 18" x 14 1/2", and came from a house that had many fancy paintings. Frame shows it's age a little, but the picture itself is pristine.
